Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy only in cases where the product is received damaged or different from what was ordered. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging with tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping will be arranged based on the issue confirmed.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days at shobhamjewels@yahoo.com so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the refund is processed.
